Dental Insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance provider. If you would like to speak with our administrative team here at Perry Dental, we will gladly clarify any dental insurance questions you may have. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. Perry Dental allows 60 days for insurance companies to remit their portion, after which time, you are responsible for this amount.

Dental insurance has limitations that we, as your dental provider, do not control. However, if you speak with one of our front desk team members here at Perry Dental, they will gladly answer any questions you may have.
